Heroes Recruiting was founded by Ron, a retired Chief of Police, and Kiki, an experienced HR leader with over 15 years in recruitment across public and private sectors. Together, we created Heroes Recruiting to solve a growing problem: agencies across the country are struggling to fill critical roles—and traditional recruiting solutions are often expensive, impersonal, and slow.
